Timmy Tad is an even-tempered and friendly cat who was first admitted to The Animal Doctors in 2009 for a fracture of his lower jaw which he suffered as a result of an ill-timed jump, which prevented him from enjoying his favourite past-time of eating. He recovered uneventfully after a surgery was performed to wire his lower jaw, but unfortunately, he was surrendered to the clinic soon after. Timmy is now the resident supervisor of cat napping areas in the lounge area at The Animal Doctors. If you have any intention of napping at The Animal Doctors, please ask to speak with Timmy to find out if this is ok.

Slutty Tad first showed up at the back door of The Animal Doctors in 2010 looking for a free meal and some cuddles. In a bid to discourage vagrancy, Slutty was cat-napped for sterilization with a plan to release her after this was performed. During her recovery period, her affectionate nature and sunny personality won over the entire clinic and she was adopted by unanimous vote as a clinic cat. Slutty is the resident food sampler of cat food and is in charge of sniffing all other types of food at The Animal Doctors. If you have a sample of food that requires sniffing, please feel free to drop this off at the reception area at The Animal Doctors addressed to Slutty.

Updates: Slutty left the TAD family in January 2020, she left a very big void in all of our hearts. She will always be remembered for the hugs and cuddles she gave willingly. We will always be grateful for the day she chose TAD to be her home ❤️

Ba Piah Tad was the victim of a hit and run vehicular accident in 2011. She was brought in by a good Samaritan who surrendered her to the clinic. Ba Piah was found to have 2 broken legs, a large patch of dead skin on her side and was in shock and a great deal of pain when she was admitted. Despite this, she never once complained and did not show any sign of aggression despite repeated handling and examination. After 3 major surgeries and maggot therapy, Ba Piah recovered slowly but surely and is now the resident Instigator of Discord between Timmy and Slutty. Requests to sow discord between 2 cats can be made by e-mail or snail mail, addressed to Ba Piah at The Animal Doctors.

Update: Ba Piah has found a forever home with one of our staff nurses. She now lives happily with a loving human family and two dogs.

We are always ever so fortunate to have amazing felines turn up at the backdoor of TAD. Slummy is no exception. A real sassy gal, Slummy brings with her endless laughter and character. A truly loyal friend, she turns up like clockwork twice a day to get her pats and food. She often guards our back door and sunbakes near the tree behind the clinic. Her role is mostly supervisory where she is often seen observing the comings and goings of the clinic back door. Every so often, she comes in and ensures that we remember she is still part of the TAD family. Rest assure Slummy, we are watching out for you, just like how you watch out for us. 😼
